IBBAS welcomes both the general public, interested in supporting our aims and activities, and artists keen to participate.

Apply to exhibit in 2020

We are hoping the show will go ahead. But if Covid 19 issues make this impossible we will update this page and the home (Welcome) page, and directly inform any artists already registered to exhibit. It would be most helpful for our planning and also for updating this website, if you could go ahead with your application in spite of the uncertainties. Fees paid for 2020 can either be refunded or kept for the 2021 show… although refundable at any point before 2021 of course.

Download this document 2020-Artist-application.

It includes all details of 2020 show and our terms and conditions.

When you are certain that you are happy with the terms and conditions, please email your application information as described in the document. Check before emailing, that you are sure you’ve included all the required info in your email. We look forward to hearing from you. Most years we have to close applications before the final date due to space restrictions.

Please also read the Mike Holtom Award and Paint Out pages.
