Becker ‘Paint-Out’ Competition 2017

On Saturday, 5th August, we ran a free “Paint-out” painting competition. (Open air). The competition was open to all, with no age-limit. You do not have to be ‘an artist’. In fact IBBAS would like to encourage everyone to paint and draw.

15 painters chose a local Wenhaston scene and spent up to 3 hours painting in any medium.  The work was judged by Andrew Pitt, watercolourist. Prize-giving took place in the church at 2pm on Saturday, and  work was on display for the rest of the exhibition, except for the winning watercolour which was sold!
