Caroline Evans

Caroline exhibits with IBBAS for the first time this year.

The idea of “Rural Life 100 Years On” is a theme similar to the one I’ve been researching and investigating for several years.  The bleak, stark and beautiful landscape of East Anglia is often neglected and overlooked.  However, the landscape remains true to its roots whilst under threat from change!  Becker depicted the rural as seen and that is my inspiration, the rural as seen but under threat!  Moments to capture before change occurs.

The work will be paintings as photographs!
