Brenda exhibits with us for the first time in 2020
Many of Harry Beckers’ works focus on agricultural workers on the land. They often appear as anonymous figures toiling in the landscape. The workers with their tools, crops, and animals have ordered the landscape that we experience in Suffolk today. Over the centuries they were shaping the earth with structures of agriculture and human habitation. Ditches , dykes, walls, hedges and crops. Boundaries and networks of pathways, controlling our natural resources. I will explore the human impact on our environment.
